A cluster approach was undertaken to identify Trinidad & Tobago’s priorities for investment attraction, and to accelerate the development of an enabling environment to support the short listed clusters: leisure marine; plastics, packaging and printing; information & telecommunications technology, regional head offices, and services. Ifor Ffowcs-Williams supported Saican, Montreal (check to this partner) in this project which was undertaken in close collaboration with TIDCO, the Tourism and Industrial Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago
